The property provides the dominant retail park for the town, extends to 67,941 sq ft and is occupied by Marks and Spencer, Halford, Jollyes Pets, Argos, Poundstretcher, Iceland and Poundland off an average rent of £14.30 per sq ft. Park Place Retail have been retained on the ongoing asset management/leasing.
