Formed in autumn 2023, Park Place Retail comprises 8 partners, specialising in retail warehouse leasing and investment. We are dedicated to excellence, leveraging our deep understanding of out-of-town retail’s unique advantages and benefits.

The partners have over 180 years of combined experience within the sector. Our knowledge was first founded at the niche practice, Wilkinson Williams, dating back to 1991, and then enhanced in the past 5 years at Avison Young, where we have embraced innovation and expanded our skills with their other specialist teams.

Most of our instructions and clients date back many years, reflecting the quality and consistency of advice we offer. As a trusted partner, we use our industry insight and unwavering dedication to deliver tailored advice, asset management and investment strategies.

Over that time, we have built up extensive knowledge, and we constantly look to better understand the intricacies affecting the retail industry, to ensure that our advice to clients is always in keeping with their brand and business objectives.

Incidentally, Park Place in St James’s was the first permanent office of Wilkinson Williams back in the 1990s.
