Owned by British Land and NFU, the scheme is now fully let, with Next trading alongside B&Q, Currys, Smyths Toys, TK Maxx, Tapi, etc.
Next took the former Carpetright unit (10,000 sq ft) on a new 10 year lease. Park Place Retail acted for British Land.
