JD have retained Park Place Retail to continue their out of town retail park expansion.
2023 saw JD open their 100th retail park store, and following 16 new openings in 2021 and 2022, JD are opening a further 9 stores in 2023.
Going forward, JD are looking for up to 10 new retail park stores in 2024, with typical requirements being for 6,000-10,000 sq ft on ground floor.
