Park Place Retail have advised landlord clients on the lettings of 4 new retail park stores to Hotel Chocolat in Liverpool, Orpington, Llantrisant and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Hotel Chocolat have acquired the former Clarks unit at Nugent in Orpington and the former Tessuti unit at New Mersey in Liverpool, both owned by British Land.
At Llantrisant, Hotel Chocolat have acquired the former Clarks at Talbot Green Shopping Park, owned by NFU Mutual.
At Stratford-upon-Avon, Hotel Chocolat are taking half of the former Outfit unit on the Maybird Shopping Park, owned by Hermes.
