We are delighted to announce we have appointed Ed George as an Equity Partner in our investment team.
Ed joins from Montagu Evans, where he spent 20 years, latterly leading the Retail Warehouse team and, from April 2025, heading the firm’s Commercial and Agency Department. He brings more than 30 years’ experience in commercial investment and development across the retail warehouse, leisure and foodstore sectors, most recently advising on Altrincham and Straiton Retail Parks for Hines. His client base includes Aberdeen, Aviva, CBRE Investment Management, Hines, LGIM, Nuveen and Realty Income.
At Park Place Retail, he will work alongside Miles Marten, Paul Wilkinson, Ellie Kirkby and Graham Lind, advising on investment acquisitions, disposals, funding and development opportunities.
This follows the recent appointment of Jessica Salmon, who joined the agency team last month.
