> Retained on 207 out of town retail schemes, covering 21.8 million sq ft throughout the UK.
> 60 lettings completed, bringing our void rate down to 2.8% (with nearly 50% of that under offer).
> 12 acquisitions completed for retained retailers – JD Sports Fashion and Hobbycraft.
> 14 regears completed for retained retailers – Halfords and Carpetright.
> Retained by The Jockey Club to market development opportunities on surplus land on their racecourses.
> Purchase of Birstall Shopping Park in Leeds completed.
> Proposed sale of investments in Taplow and Salisbury, and two assets in Colliers Wood, all in legals, with a combined value of circa £150 million.
